Does Kesha still deserve her own section? I mean she's vanished

To this day I still don't understand how Beyonce's section was removed but yet, Kesha who hasn't released solo music since 2012, still has a section? So why does she still have a section and Beyonce doesn't? Beyonce has a bigger fan base on here than Kesha does.
