Can anyone tell me the technical difference between the Dance charts and the regular charts? And why do you think Slumber Party tops it now despite having flopped into oblivion?

This chart represents what people want to hear in clubs/bars/etcetc across America (as far as I know) and the difference is that this one's only about requests to DJs without sales or anything else interfering. I may be wrong  but this is how I think this is! 

This was also Britney's 11th #1 there!
