New album information

Maybe we could finally get  the first studio album on 2 CDs. Apparently Madonna has made so many great  songs and she doesn't want to throw them or release them as bonus songs on a deluxe edition. Since she made songs that have no connection to songs inspired by Art For Freedom, Madonna and her people are thinking it would be a good idea to have a conceptual album inspired by Art For Freedom on one CD, while the second CD would feature songs that aren't inspired by Art For Freedom and it would be more like a collection of songs like MDNA was. Madonna's label is praising the songs and thinks all the songs are brilliant musically and lyrically. The lyrics are strong, empowering and sometimes very poetic and esoteric. There will be no songs about Gaga and no literal lyrics. AFF (Art For Freedom) songs have different themes like feminism, homophobia, war, fighting for the rights, love as the true way... Label describes AFF part as a mix of different styles. From organic sound (guitar, piano) to gospel and choir elements, from 80s elements to modern electronica and electropop. Also, electropop songs are very diverse. Some feature rock elements, some reggae, some  acoustic guitar... The AFF inspired songs are dance songs, ballads, up-tempo and there are a few experimental songs that will surprise her fans.

Madonna also uses vocoders, but just for a couple of songs. Vocoders are more used in other songs that aren't inspired by AFF. The collection of songs not inspired by AFF is mainly electropop/dance with polished production and elements of disco, 80s synthpop, dark wave. Most songs are about relationships and love.

It will have elements of those genres, it will not exactly be disco or dark wave. Anyway, let's wait. Maybe it is all false. Some stuff we already knew.

Your right, although I can't wait!  :cloud:
