    Guys, do you think music is able to help us heal ? I know for sure that in my case music has helped me to go through episodes of loneliness, anxiety, maybe even a mild depression and make me feel better about myself. Maybe it sounds dumb but music is so comforting for me. I wonder if there are studies that show this, I'd love to read some.
