  3. Nobody believes Madonna is a thing anymore Most stans celebrate her legacy and enjoy the albums she puts out. If anybody thinks she is still the IT girl they're delusional. Not everybody is disconnected from reality like LMs

  5. yall typing Ariana as Adrian is sending me @Villanelle @Teenage Wet Dream on-topic, as @Mr. Mendes well put it out, Adele's next projects will still be huge. 21 huge probably not but she will still absolutely smash. she's simply in a league of her own. also she has around 25 million monthly listeners on Spotify despite not releasing anything in half a decade now which shows she can benefit from streaming too when the time comes for her to finally drop new music.

  7. Maybe distribution of votes doesn't explicitly show it, but this was quite divisive round regarding votes. While judges @V For Vendetta ,@Skyline and @BabyMario44 weren't that much invested in these songs, judges @SockBitch and @Kirjava were firm in defending their respective favorites. @Madonna: "I would have probably supported @august's proposition of getting rid of some albums' round, but this one reminded me we would be at loss. " @plutoniano: "I am amazed you also think these two are X's best - there is salvation thankfully. " Results: Killers Who Are Partying won’t

  8. Judge @Gabe. is either making a mark at the beginning or at the end of the round. This time, I feel ominous atmosphere prevailing. Well, more points/placements have been shared between the singles in comparison to the 1st group, so it was more interesting to navigate voting ballots. Results: Russian Roulette - 50 Man Down - 47 Where Have You Been - 40 Take Care - 33 Take Care could have potentially prevailed in group with eliminated Sex with Me by scoring 1 point more. @Skyline: "I think we can order one more set of Russian Omelette for colleagu

  9. Oh, I can tell judges cared. @Freaky Prince: "Gabe has promised this game's host would deliver Holy Trinity, so I cared to be your guest. " @saiga: "I must say I was impressed by tactics employed to revamp my schedule and bring me here. " @Tahj: "Well, as long as correct songs are winning, everyone should be happy. " @Entea: "I am here due to promotional purposes. " Results: Don’t Hurt Yourself ended up being hurt by receiving 7 votes - 2 votes less that rival song I Care ( 9 ). @Billie Frank: "Colleague @Kuchisabishii could potentially end up hurt - I just note

  11. If you look back at all the singers who had longevity most of them didn't peak or start to peak until 4+ years after their debut and on their 3rd or later studio album. I would agree that peaking on your first or second album often sets you up to flop or stagnate. Just some random examples... (Based on when they had their first hit) Ariana Grande: Debut 2013 - Peak 2018 (5 years) Beyonce (Including DC): Debut 1997 - Peak 2009 (12 years) Beyonce (Solo Only): Debut 2003 - Peak 2009 (6 years) Mariah: Debut 1990 - Peak 1995 (5 Years) Madonna: Debut 1983 - Peak

  17. Results: Want You has been wanted by 3 votes, but 6 still were charmed more by the Loverboy. @Billie Frank: "It's hard doing this when only a few choose what we are supposed to choose - case in point Want You's loss. " Will judge @august still need that boy? Voting is for the song you want to stay competing.

  20. There is still a demand for Gaga, and she's been in the game for 12 years at this point. No one expects her to be in her prime, they just wanna enjoy music from an established act. That said she did peak way too soon, which if it weren't for how stupidly dominant and influential she was during 08-11, she wouldn't feel that much different than a one-era wonder. Gaga has more than enough talent and impact for her to have her place. Now if you were referring to another singer who peaked at the same time flopping...

  24. Fuck now I gotta think of something else I don't think Gaga is over in the traditional sense. She's still pretty big, just not as big as in the late 00s and early 10s. You're a whole hypocrite pushing this "let's stop the stan wars" and this holier than though narrative when you know damn well you'd be all for it if this thread was about Taylor, Selena, Ellie or Lana you'd be all for it.

  25. But this could also be applied to any artists who aren't the most popular of the current time. I...understand what you are trying to do, but it's not really executed right. Especially with Gaga's case, she has flopped several times, but she's still one of the more "senior" pop icon recognized by teens today. A Star Is Born long-year success and Rain on Me being her latest most acclaimed hit by critics and cross-fanbases truly secured her bag. Meanwhile, even Mariah, whom I stan, is only relying on nostalgia aspect of her lore post-2014. Yes she's still making great music, but she doesn't have

The numbers she pulls would rival these albums from the peak sales era and that's the kind of shoulders she's rubbing with
