Yea, I've heard that they took their stuff off Netflix and such even in countries where Disney+ isn't available yet, which is really lame. I live in Canada myself which the streaming services aren't usually that shitty in, but earlier this year I subscribed to Paramount+ under the assumption that Star Trek: Lower Decks would be on it seeing as it is produced for the service and we have the service, yet for some reason it's on Crave here  Ended up subscribing to that again and watching all of one movie on Paramount+ for the week I had it, the 70s version of Death on the Nile  

I remember one flashback which shows it off, and then they're probably the two that are happiest to see each other again before the climax

Yeah, the main deviant, I feel like he just sorta had to be addressed in the climax more than he felt relevant by then. Assuming anyone who hasn't seen the movie reads this, two of the specific examples I'm talking about vis a vis some of the relationships being underdeveloped were 

, both of those play a lot into what eventually happens and didn't feel set up enough to me. The former especially is basically just said out loud/spelled out by another character altogether.

I saw it a little earlier too along with the new Ghostbusters. Felt like Eternals would've worked much better as a series on Disney+ - there's just so many characters with their particular relationships influencing their decisions later in the film, yet most of this comes up in only one or two scenes beforehand and just doesn't feel fleshed out. Also found the way the flashbacks just stop kinda awkward, and some of the Eternals show up awfully late in the main story and the early antagonist ends up feeling like an afterthought by the climax.

I've seen every other Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie even though I think more than half of them are bad, so I probably will too eventually  

It's not even a remake, it really does follow the story of the 1974 movie, it just...has an overly similar title much like The Thing (2011) or Halloween (2018)  If it were a remake, I'd find the title choice more acceptable, although my interest in the movie itself would probably be at a similar level.

Yeah, The Cage is the original pilot but NBC didn't like it but they actually got the chance to make a second pilot with Where No Man Has Gone Before, but The Man Trap was the first one that actually aired on TV  

Do you think you'll continue with it? If so, let me know what you think of The Menagerie later in the season  Or any episode really, the Star Trek thread in the Entertainment section has been pretty dusty for a while
