nope sis all my pokemon are level 30 i just started playing, but my question is this battle thing in island 2 whee you battler with other 3 people it seems al pokemon are level 50 and i see youtubers have battel with all pokemon on level 50 how do they do that? how did they get all pokemon level 50 like wtf 

lol this is the first time since y played pokemon last time was Heart Gold 

online sis. If you do it online - go into festival plaza, get up to rank 2 to unlock online communication, then go to battle and battle spot for it - all pokemon will be changed to lv50 even if they are below

In the game only pokemon above lv50 will be lowered. And it's also rigged against you so u'll have more fun doing it online. I'd struggle thru the five ranks in the facility to get the Idol pose tho.

I know and I understand cos I suffer from that inner voice in my head filling me with doubt and insecure thoughts, so I know how it feels. It sucks and you have to find a way to shut off those voices.

Look at it like this, if your best friend was in your exact same position with the same boyfriend as u, what would u advise them? Always try to do that with yourself, it makes u see things clearer so u can take action faster before the bigger issues start to happen. 

And sorry if my advice was too much or if I seemed nosy, I just wanted to help.
