I’m done with men. This is my current mood. From this day forward I won’t play their wack ass games or be a bird any longer. I’m way too pretty and smart to be a Bob the builder chick for an unemployed “man” who plays video games all day and keeps talking about leveling up without doing shit to make it happen. Doesn’t she have plagiarism allegations against her too? I didn’t even bother with her second book and I hate that her style is spawning so many imitators now. I think I gave milk & honey one star on Goodreads.

Y’ALL. Our gorl went to the ER for kidney failure, back pain, and a bladder infection. Also claims she got checked for diabetes and still doesn’t have it.

@Madonna Her content is unwatchable. I prefer to stay updated through her brilliant parody/reaction channels such as Katie W and Zachary Michael. This video is an iconic intro down the ALR rabbit hole.

The ending got me so excited for the sequel! It was probably the most frustrating young adult cliffhanger since Catching Fire though.

@Taylor Here is my quick spoiler-free review: it's definitely more of a straight-up horror film than Get Out, but the politics are still there and just not as in-your-face. Lupita was the best part as both of her characters, and the score was really good. Elisabeth Moss was almost as good but way underused. Winston Duke was funny (and hot) but they kept ruining the tension by having him crack jokes when it wasn't necessary and actually cheapened the movie. People complained that Get Out beat you over the head with its metaphors, but this movie ran into the opposite problem by not explaining enough. It reminded me of the TV show Lost, how it kept setting up all of these things and then there was no payoff. Besides a wild plot twist in the final two minutes that changes everything, the third act basically gave up and was like "Okay, so we created this really interesting premise but we don't know how to resolve it so we're just going to leave the ending to your imagination" which I thought was super lazy.
I would still give it a 4/5 though. It's no Get Out by a long shot but it kept me thoroughly entertained even though I was slightly frustrated with how it ended.

ME EITHER. This book is extremely overrated and I honestly despise it. It was literally just corny quotes you'd see on "aesthetic" Instagram/Tumblr. I didn't connect with it at all.

I went to my very first escape room today and even though it was level 1 difficulty we completely flopped.
One of the final locks involved solving a basic math problem and none of us could do it.

Not to brag but...actually, I’m bragging. I just got hit with an “I love you” and I’m freaking out. This is SO different for me compared to my pathetic past love life that I’ve posted about before.
