    After i talked about my past of being bullied in school & home, i got so really depressed. I held back my tears walking all the way home.

      thanks for the tip, and its always ok to have bad days, the important thing is let it go and start a new day with a smile, if you ever feel sad one day dont punish yourself, there are actually some excersises on youtube that wil help you to put that smile

      I have my own problems offline, two months ago i lost a family member. I have to deal with disorders everyday, OCD is the biggest one next to depression. ADHD and anxiety can be a bit of a bitch sometimes too.
