I found out about Dua Lipa, a 19 year-old London-based singer-songwriter, about a month or two ago, through, if I recall correctly, an NME article. The article praised her single "New Love," and since I'm always eager to find new artists to listen to, I gave it a try. I liked it, but I didn't exactly obsess over it (at least not at first). Three or four weeks later, I decided to give the song another listen, and it was almost as though I was listening to an entirely different song. Happy 10th Anniversary to Namie Amuro's FEEL! FEEL remains my top 5 dance pop albums released this past decade. Coming off of the release of her Uncontrolled album (which was released just a year before FEEL) Uncontrolled produced some great singles like NAKED, Love Story and Fight Together but didn't have the same sense of fun, excitement and fierce as her previous albums.
