Mucklai also advised Justin to reach out directly to Selena and ask her to participate. Selena is assumed to have turned down the request, as she did not appear in the video. There's been buzz about Vulnerable becoming a single for about a week now, and her official fan club account (Taylor Nation equivalent) tweeted this out of the blue: There have also been hints that it might be remixed to feature up-and-coming singer Harry Hudson, who had a streaming hit in 2018 with "Yellow Lights". It has also been highly speculated that she has a documentary coming soon, and the title may very well be "Selena Gomez: Vulnerable".

Vitoria Mario set up a GoFundMe page to raise the £40,000 ($53,000) she needed to attend university to study math, and with Swift's donation she hit her goal. Mario, a young woman who was "unable to utter a word in English" when she moved to the UK from Portugal in 2016, still achieved top grades in her GCSEs -- exams usually taken by English students at the end of their fifth year in secondary school -- in 2018.
