Turns out she'd been removed awhile ago, it was just discovered today. Didn't want to be disingenuous.

I don't think it has any bearing on the case either way, she was probably removed once the lawsuit was filed, as they wanted to distance themselves from her in that way

Beyond perfect.  Unfortunately the show I attended was a part of the New York State Fair, so she had to shorten the setlist, but other than that she was freaking amazing.  Thanks!
