Pinkprint's opening numbers definitely underperformed giveup1 Drake, J Cole and Kendrick all opening with 300k plus, Drake at 400k giveup1 Nicki's just as big if not bigger than them, so why did she only open with a little over 200k? giveup1

Being a rap female is ten times harder than a rap male. They have far more loyalty to male rappers.

Madonna already has the record for largest drop with MDNA. This would need to sell 10,000 to beat that, so I doubt she'll do that.

Nicki is too poppy to have those fans that will buy absolutely anything she puts out. Those rappers all have a bigger loyal following where a lot of Nicki's fans are people like us, guilty of illegal downloads.
