Gaga's tone in the song is fucking ugly. There is no getting around it. Her voice is gravelly and gross when she uses her lower range. Sure, the lyrics are supposed to be meaningful (albeit quite base for a song with so much stated importance), but the song itself is terrible. Simply not good.
