I'm skeptical about this being true. Kesha filed a motion asking the judge to dismiss some of Luke's claim's against her. The judge asked Kesha to provide some evidence before she'll make a ruling. It's possible the judge suggested medical documents but I seriously doubt she asked for a doctor's note.

Mark Geragos said she went to a doctor soon after but he wouldn't specify how soon. He did say there's no rape kit. So there may be evidence that she talked to a doctor about being raped in 2005. What I wonder is did she name Luke as her attacker.

Ohh that makes a little more sense. But how did they have no evidence during the court day? It went so quickly and all this potential evidence that I keep seeing and there was nothing that made the judge agree with Keshas side.

I've wondered that as well. Luke presented evidence to the court that shows Kesha might be lying like the 2011 deposition and a birthday card she gave him. Kesha's side has never submitted anything to prove her claims may be true. I have no idea why. I expected evidence against Luke to be submitted a long time ago. Geragos is being very secretive about the evidence he has for some reason. After her losing the injunction, I think he needs to change course and reveal some of her case.

This is heartbreaking. Everyone knows it's true, but in the eye of the law it can't be proven. It's like Scots law. Here in Scotland we have 3 verdicts: guilty, innocent or not proven. This case is going down the latter route.
