Since this is a civil case Kesha doesn't have to provide solid proof she was raped. Circumstantial evidence can be enough to prove her case. If she went to a doctor two weeks after the rape there won't be physical evidence. But it's strong evidence that something happened and she didn't simply make up the rape claim in 2014 to get out of her contract. Mark Geragos said she told numerous people about the rape over the years and those people were deposed in the 2011 case. Combined with other evidence she has she may still have a strong case. In a civil case she only has to convince the jury that she's telling the truth. She doesn't have to prove her case beyond a reasonable doubt.
