Thanks for the info sis, So does that mean she won't be able release music till 2017, even if she wins on May 18th? 

I just dont get why Luke can still work, but Kesha cant do anything music wise until she gets out of everything. Not like anyone is gonna work with him anymore anyways.

Yes, she'd have to win in 2017 to be able to release music. But most civil cases don't reach the point there's a trial. Luke and Kesha will almost certainly reach a settlement. So this could be over by late 2016 or early 2017, around the time the discovery process will end. It will be over even sooner if Sony does the right thing finally.
