Which FOTP fave has explored the most genres?

Recommended Posts

And also who executed them the best? tay2 and who crashed and burned? brit2

I feel like it's between Rihanna, Xtina, Madonna, and Gaga with maybe Miley (who should be a FOTP fave over Lana)

Katy only does Disney themes and kid bopz anthems

Taylor really only has done country and pop

Kesha has a slight few herself

I feel like Britney has only ever really done pop music

OT: Madonna rightfully just because shes been through literally most of the modern music eras so she had to keep up with the mainstream sound

Lana comes in second

Miley has done country, pop, rap, ballads, hip hop, etc etc

You may hate the girl but she's diverse and changes it up all the time, from tween pop star to a party anthem b!tch

poor tupac

i love the ballad genre as well !

Taylor Swift has made pop, country, rock, folk, even a little dubstep trip-hop and rap...

(She's not a FOTP fave but my favourite Japanese artist (Shiina Ringo) has explored pop, rock, metal, jazz, electronic, rap, bossa nova, folk, classical, dubstep, salsa, r&b and so on.)

Lana has done all sorts of variations on pop, rock, dance, electronic, blues, jazz, orchestral, ambient and acoustic music. Your view of her is narrow and your assertion that Miley Cyrus should be a fave is flat wrong.

Celebration/MDNA - influences from house, dubstep, EDM, and whatever Love spent is bangha electro or whatever

Rebel heart - everything already mentioned + influences from reggae/dancehall, folkpop, bangha, hiphop, basically RH had sound from every album she did.
