Welcome to the last season of America, where the writers are going balls to the wall crazy and nothing makes sense anymore.

I am too, while it's seriously unlikely he'll get the nom, I think the support is immensely important because it demonstrates the shift I was talking about earlier.

I'm not disagreeing with your logic, it's just a sad state of affairs when that's what electing a president has come to rip1

Exactly lj1 in NJ it's likely Clinton will win because she was Senator of NY, which is right next to us, but because we have a ton of delegates, every vote counts. It's true for every state.

Oh I know rip1 I move to France a week from today and i'll probably be staying there for at least four years at this point. rip1

1. It has everything to with Donald trump becoming president.. like what even are u... dead2

2 Obama liking Hillary isnt saying support her, it;s more the saying of you have the curent president supporting a candidate. Now that doesn't mean all the people who supported Obama is going to support Hillary, but to some people Obama baacking Hillary is a big deal. Specially these one sided media shit shows!

3. Because it is mathmatically impossible for him to secure the nomination dead1 & as much of an excitement there is for Bernies campaign, these delegates speak loudly. & Who says Bernie hasn't accepted large donations? Him? His camapaign staff? Lord y'all calll Hillary a liar but Bernie is doing a better job at it than her

  1. How? You're literally just spouting nonsense.

  2. Okay? I don't see how that's a reason for me to support her though?

  3. I don't care, that's not what I'm talking about, and you keep taking it back to that point when I call you out on the complete lack of any actual policy positions you've named. If by "large" you mean $2700, the maximum amount legally allowed to be given to a candidate, yes he has a few of those. But he has no SuperPAC, hasn't given speeches to Goldman Sachs for hundreds of thousands of dollars, no. Hillary is corrupt as shit, and saying anything else is straight up denying facts.

God I hope not dead2 it's purely anecdotal, but I've seen so much Bernie support, stickers, signs, etc. and no Clinton ones, so hopefully that's representative of the results dead2

Lmao you might as well at this point

If it's Trump vs. Hillary, I'll be voting for Jill Stein, personally. Bernie polls SO much better against Republicans than Hillary, so if anyone is to blame for a close general election, it's the people supporting Hillary in the primaries. Sorry you don't like it, but that's just a fact.

Sorry but that's not true. Not only has Hillary won almost every swing state but she has also taken 25+ years of Republican attacks. Trump would literally paint Sanders as a communist so fast it would make your head spin dead2

I don't think he's unbeatable, but by every measure we can find this far ahead, he does better against Republicans than Hillary by significant margins, because he pulls in Independents. Independents are the largest voting group in the US. Yes, there are absolutely large right wing strongholds, but the country (and the world) is moving left, albeit slowly. Again, the fact is, his numbers are a sign that the shift is happening.

No, it doesn't look like he's going to be the nominee, but these are still important. I'm just praying things continue in that direction.

independents aren't the largest voting group in the US, moderates are. and bernie doesn't pull in independents either way, he pulls in liberals. it's almost clear at this point hillary will cinch the nomination, and for good reason. the electoral collage is still a big deciding factor and if it comes down to trump vs. bernie, i don't doubt that a large majority would be willing to favor trump. hillary has proved to be democratic but still moderate enough to draw in the highest amounts of democratic votes, and she is favored by the electoral collage as well. her moral character might be questionable, and her politics often switch depending on the mood of the country. but the fact is, her platform is solidly liberal, and she is the candidate with the most potential to move the country in the liberal direction and enacting actual policy changes. bernie is who we need in 30 years. hillary is who we need now.

Jill Stein is anti-nuclear power and her party's platform is pro-homeopathy, anti-GMO, and anti-vaccine. The highest elected office she's held is as a Town Meeting Representative and she has 0 plan to get anything she's proposing done. She's a protest vote dead4

I cant at some of yall acting like hillary is some harbringer of democratic doom dead4 hillary and bernie have agreed on and voted the same for over 90% of legislation, and hillary has the most experience, having visited the most countries out of any secretary of the state so far. and there is no, no, no situation ever in which a republican would favor bernie over hillary. hillary has lied, she uses superpacs, and she is rather ambivalent regarding policies (lol fracking), but overall she is democratic and liberal, with just enough moderate in her to win over moderate republicans who don't want to resort to voting for trump. she will win the nomination, the popular vote, and the electoral collage vote. at this point in time, unless kasich pulls 20 states out of his ass, hillary will be our next president. ya'll acting like hillary is going to destroy the countries when some presidents (hello nixon?? hello reagan??) had some far more questionable ethics and still are remembered as great presidents (maybe not nixon as much but still).

I'm not arguing she's the most likely nominee, but the rest of that is factually incorrect from the data we have now.

I stand corrected on the independents, but not the last point - Hillary beats out Bernie in "elect-ability" as well as faring a 28% lead when asked who would fare better against trump: http://www.politico.com/story/2016/01/poll-hillary-clinton-trump-bernie-sanders-217963
