Bernie Sanders wins Indiana - whispers of a contested Democratic Convention are getting louder.

The Vermont Senator has pulled it off in Indiana, winning the Hoosier State .

For all intents and purposes, Bernie has been eliminated from winning the Democratic Nomination for President - however, he and his cabal of very vocal supporters, remain defiant and in the face of this win - there are rumors that Sanders and his wing of the party will go on to issue a challenge to Clinton in Philadelphia.

Many pundits doubt that this will be able to happen, as the vast majority of the Super Delegates to the Democratic National Convention have remained and will remain beholden to the presumptive nominee of the Democratic Party and her husband, the 42nd President of the United States - Bill Clinton.

With the Republican Candidate for President - Donald Trump - running virtually unopposed now - all eyes are on the Democratic Race and everyone is wondering now if Sanders can make a case for a contested convention.

That's not happening. jj3 He's still in the race because he wants to get his message out and also influence the party's platform but he has a very small chance of winning on the first ballot. There will be no contested convention jj3
