The fan video was shot by Kasie Gillette, who wrote about meeting Justin in the video’s description on YouTube. She says it started as a very simple interaction between two customers at a Los Angeles Target. Things escalated when Kasie and her friends Ramiro and Katyra recognized the individual who asked them if the cart in the aisle was theirs.

After running into the “Company” singer, Kasie writes, “JB then proceeds to cause trouble in the store with two of his friends by throwing stuff in the cart and running through aisles.”

After Target employees try to intervene, Kasie said she had a second interaction with the star. “Justin then comes to the end of the aisle and talks to me again and says something like, ‘Hey can you and your friends give us some space. I’m just trying to shop here. Is that cool with you?’ And I say, ‘Hey I’m okay.’ And he says, ‘Okay, thank you.'”
