Unfortunately, I have only had the moral decency to listen to this twice which is why it is in such a low spot. This could have been in the top 10 if I had listened to it more. But even then, I also had the moral decency to place it higher than albums I listened to repeatedly, because I can tell a great album when I hear it. Solange, dahling. I wouldn't blame you if you would be having second thoughts about listening to the album as you listen to Fuck With Myself, but proves to be a listenable girl. Then Lovesick comes on. Before she even starts singing you will realise that it is illegal to not have this in your trinity! Then Mind Games comes on, OMG. Why didn't I place this higher? DO YOUUUU SEEE ME NOW? OK OOKOOKOKK TRAINWRECK COMES ON THEN YOU LITERALLY HAVE A VEHICLE CRASH EVEN IF YOU AREN'T IN A VEHICLE. A Learner Plate Legend L tea. This Is Not About Us and Weaker Girl prove to be the weaker girls on the album, but is then revived by Mother Earth. The rest prove to be stunning girls and oh my lord... that closer! This album slays my Tinasha! Who knew Britney could serve such a pop perfection album after Blow Job? I can't wait for the Brit stans to come to this thread because they sensed someone mention Glory and spam this thread with their praise for me! Even if the rest of the album was full of Supasonics (the bridge it's only redeeming factor), the fact that it has At Least I Know is worthy of placing it in a top 10 position! Sadly there are some underwhelming songs that bring the album down a little, but Always Been, Carry On, Tennies, Simulation, Monochrome, Follow Me and ofc ALIK save this body of work from the dooming hells of Singleton! 1 Link to post Share on other sites
