2 Hearts

What a BANGER to start off the album. The production is dated listening to it now but regardless it is catchy, the infamous simple drum beat, the piano riff and background synths. Kylie serves minx, providing more whisper vocals then Ariana could ever! It would of been a perfect score had it not been so short

Like A Drug

X-tra has some dated ass production. The first verse literally is the epitome of 2008 dance music, a mixture between sloppy EDM and 80s synth pop. I kinda love it even though this sort of beat would give me an aneurysm in any other context. The chorus is the saviour of this song, cute lyrics, cute hooks and a catchy change up to boot! Unfortunately this song has not got me fully addicted but I might re-listen!

In My Arms

How do you describe a feeling? I've only ever dreamt of a song slaying me this much. The overpowering instrumental works amazingly, the 8-bit X-tra sound normally would make me want to run to Uluru but Godlie makes it work. The build-up to the chorus is CA-UTE, her vocals are great. The chorus is a bit sappy but it's Godlie so I can't really critique that. It's 9am and I suddenly went from zombie to wanting to dance

Speakerphone

Not sure about this song. The first five seconds are promising, giving me Florence harp vibes. Suddenly it's giving me ARQ Sydney pinga fest. The AutoTune is slightly overbearing especially when she already has a god-sent voice. The production is much like the rest of the album, dated EDM/pop. I honestly feel like I'm playing a gay Runescape listening to this except I just entered the wilderness and Kylie just stole all my gold. The bit (bridge?) before the last chorus is fucking cute though. I dropped my socks!

This has some killer production. The first verse literally is the epitome of the music that plays in heaven, a mixture between perfection and earworm. I absolutely love it. The chorus is the saviour of this song (though this masterpiece doesn't need any saving), stellar lyrics, stellar hooks and a catchy change up to boot! This song has got me fully addicted and I will obviously re-listen! You should too!

Well stan a bit! jj2

Sensitized

This is new! This song switches it up a bit. The production is interesting, it's kind of folky, medieval, sort of like Britney's Criminal but transcended to a gay electropop world. Every bit of this is perfect, the guitar riffs, the slight EDM touch, her vocals from the verses to the bridge, the god-sent chorus. I am desensitised after listening to this song. She lowkey sounds like she is saying sexcerize in some parts though plus the randoms woos in the middle of the chorus are fucking annoying and are as unnecessary as @Sylk saying 'oh really' after all my answers in my Sylky Williams interview
