I think I have mentioned this before but I have such a clear video concept in my mind for Automatic Love

I was on the bus thinking about it as I listened to the song - It would be a very 90s video with Kylie dressed in a shiny white nightgown in an apartment that is completely white and only has a retro looking white couch plus a TV and VHS player

She puts a VHS tape into it pressing play - The video on the tape is of her singing the song in a similar room with a more dressed up look while dancing with a man

She watches the tape while drinking a cup of tea and lounges on the couch - Then as the video ends she stops the tape and the same man enters the apartment

The tape is supposed to represent her in this Automatic Love of sorts The song is very 90s in its technology references and I think shes trying to say that she is so in love that its like shes a piece of technology doing things automatically and that her love is unconditional

I actually love watching re-runs of Chatty Man. It’s a shame his show got cancelled. It’s 1000x better than Graham Snorton.
