No and this is the last time I'll repeat myself: Madonna is not a vocal legend. Her success has never depended on her vocal skill. Mariah can also write and produce music. Music that is meaningful for many people. Her and Madonna don't have to offer the same things. They are in different lanes.

What do you mean, I've been saying they offer different things for pages now, but Lambs aren't accepting it 'cause that means they'll have to actually take on my arguments about Mariah and they'd prefer to just bring up Madonna to pretend that all critical arguments about Mariah are magically invalid I know they're in different lanes, quote a Lamb and explain it to them.

Who made this thread?. A Madonna fan that hates Mariah. And some of the people dragging Mariah are Madonna fans too. This is not new. The fanbases have been going at it for years. But Mariah is currently facing dark moments. And some Madonna fans are very happy.

No i'm saying Madonna has lost pretty much everything that made her interesting in the first place, i wasn't saying she's a vocal legend kii! Just stating that she's pretty useless in the industry nowadays too and that she isn't that different from Mariah. Both are now etablished legends who are pass their prime and have nothing much to offer. Just stop acting like Madonna is miles away from Mariah these days when she can't even release good music anymore.

I'm not acting like she is and I never did lol, I just said that her legacy is bigger than "aw she can't sing" and that therefore she has a good shot at just continuing it I hated RH but the fans didn't and the critics didn't either. Her tour was less successful, yes, but it still got great reactions, and remind yourself that just a few years ago she had the second highest-grossing female tour ever Even when people know (and they've known, or been told, since 1983) that she can't sing for shit, they still wanna see the show she designed, because that's a huge part of her legacy: her creative vision. Many people liked it for RH, and who knows, next era she might deliver something that is to my taste too The point is that Madonna shouldn't even be brought up in a discussion about Mariah because their brands are total opposites. Madonna has something to say, Mariah has something to sing. Simple as that.

She's the biggest touring force, right? She's a legend and her tours were always successful so i don't know why that would stop now that doesn't mean she has much to offer in today's music.
