Her, I can understand though for many reasons: 1. She's not American, so she probably doesn't see much of the appeal in it, 2. She's so incredibly successful, she's one of the very, very few artists who would gain almost nothing from it. 3. Her performance style is the complete opposite of what the Superbowl is about, she's not flashy, not into choreography or big props etc.  When she said she turned it down, I was honestly not surprised.
