I think even with Katy evolving into a more mature person, she's always gonna have a playful edge to what she does. That's just who she is as a person.  A Utopian themed theme-park mocking the "American Dream" would be an interesting place for Kathy Beth to reappear as part of that scenery, because she would essentially be mocking herself/her own character.

omg yes I like the playful aspect of the song and the lyric video I hope it's there in the mv too

This is true! It's still strange how she had Kathy tweet it though, so I feel like she is somewhat related to the video. There's always a method to Katy's madness so I'm excited to see what Katy has in store for us! cry6
