It'll start rising again next week and if she drops a video the following week it'll help too. iTunes isn't even that important anymore. MR was a great seller but that didn't really help it rise on the Hot 100  

They're focusing more on Spotify which is great. Once the streams increase even more and some major radio stations add it on power rotation it'll rise on iTunes too.
