Katy Perry is the strongest pop force out of all our favorites. any song she sings is a good song. it does well and it charts well. but how are you handling her polarizing image as of lately? she collaborates with homophobes, but then takes out the trash with her single Swish Swish Bish.

I am a little torn I love Katy. she is gorgeous, pretty, funny, smart, pretty, gorgeous, and beautiful. she can't sing well but she is better than trash #2 (taylor).

is any of this news bothering any of you or making you like/disliker her more?  i am curious.

Taylor swift is better and doesnt wear a genre like a costume and treat cultures like accessories. Dislike her all you like, but she knows who she is and stays in her lane. Katy however has no qualms in using drag queens as stage props, but when it comes to treating them like actual humans, she is no better than her Trump supporting parents. She can run outside and hug all her fans all she likes and post tweets to all the popstars that are currently more relevant than her. Uts desperate and it can be smelt from a mile away. As far as her beef with Taylor, im on katy's side, but on a human level, Taylor.

I can see what they mean in there, though. She's acting completely different now than back then. In the previous era she was just acting like a pop star with hip hop/rap collaborations, now she's acting and trying to look someone she's not on her performances, like trying to act like a rapper and failing. People is taking her as a joke just like they did when Miley tried the same thing.

 

Anyway, I like Katy and execpt for Bon Appetit, I'm enjoy the songs so far, unlike her current performances that are really lame.
