"Praying," Kesha
At No. 26 on the Hot 100, after reaching No. 22, the ballad bumps 11-10 on Adult Pop Songs, marking Kesha's first top 10 on the airplay chart. She had previously peaked as high as No. 11 in her last visit, as featured on Pitbull's "Timber" in 2014. As a lead until this week, Kesha rose (oh, that's her middle name!) to a No. 14 high on Adult Pop Songs with both her debut "TiK ToK" in 2010 and "Die Young" in 2012.

I don't want this to die. I expected a higher peak and not this longevity. Thanks to queen of adult pop for proving me wrong jj2

I expected exactly the same. But honestly, at the end of the day, it‘s the certification that matters. And Top 10 songs like CTTR (#4) and Malibu (#10) are also ”just” 1x Platinum - like Praying.

Very surprised that Malibu is only 1x Platinum, deserves diamond! jj2

Also, I heard Praying four times on the radio in a five minute car ride today demi1

I love it's steady success, however I wish it peaked higher.

Everybody does cry5

But we can‘t change it. The only reason for this is streaming. That‘s just due to unlucky circumstances. Kesha‘s career came to an end in 2013 and that was the year Spotify started to grow really fast. She could never build up a huge follower base.

But her digital success is still unbroken. Praying is almost Gold in pure sales.

Praying is #12 on Pop Radio, #20 on iTunes, but in the #90s on Spotify cry5
