The Dap-Kings Horns refers to the horn section of the band The Dap-Kings. They're instrumentalists, not producers. It's a slight difference, but an important one. 

At least one of the Eagles of Death Metal collaborations is likely to be a vocal collab, though. None of the members are listed as composers, so they likely provided either vocals or session instrumentation.

you do realise that he produced Aura, G.U.Y and Donatella on ARTPOP right? among a few other songs for other artists?
