Also the "forced them to be basic" part was true about Mariah, but not Whitney. All Whitney wanted was to showcase her talent and soul as much as she could, she was never the creative visionary type and there's nothing wrong with that. Her voice is enough to validate her level of artistry.

Madonna herself said that she hasn't heard Whitney say that. I, for one, don't believe it. I also refuse to believe that Madonna actually said these things. And tell me an instance where Mariah has actually shaded someone unprovoked. I'll be waiting!

No one is saying they are not artists. The point is they are not the thought-provoking kind. They are just singers/interpreters. Madonna did not lie. Madonna can sing, and she's the most acclaimed female recording act ever, so what do you think? You "refuse" to believe what Madonna supposedly said, yet you had no problem to address it and criticize Madonna in the process; but conveniently, you skipped over Whitney's comment. But right, you are not a hypocrite. I am not familiar enough with Mariah's career to know that. What I know is that she has shaded many artists and her fans celebrate her for it, every time. Yet they condemn others for doing the exact same thing. That is the book definition of HYPOCRISY. What did Ariana do to provoke Mariah?
