She's in court because she was groped by this man (a radio DJ), and kept it private for a long time, until he decided to sue her for $4 million 3 years after the incident happened since he deservedly lost his job. She's literally only counter-suing him for $1 dollar to make a point. Sexual assault is not something to joke about, no matter how much you dislike her persona or her music.
