Trimming your hair is the best way to get healthy hair back. If you continue to let your hair grow without trimming it, the ends become split and it looks and feels awful.

Exactly what the person above said, in order to grow your hair in a healthy way, you have to trim it.  Plus, the "Swish Swish" video was shot long before its release.

That is very true! bey1 as long as she plans on growing it back out eventually then she can keep on trimming away.

If she was completely bald, it would take her 2 and a half to 3 years to grow it back to her Roar look back wendy4
