Nothing has leaked, Gaga only mentioned it as a song she wanted on ARTPOP Act II, which never came to fruition.

That's not entirely true. Onion Girl was more or less confirmed to be on ARTPOP's original track listing. The idea was to have one album with more EDM/less radio-friendly stuff and another volume with more radio-friendly songs. Interscope basically said no (they seem to not like double album knowing that they also refused to make Rebel Heart a double album) and picked songs from both volumes. Overall, they weren't a big fan of the EDM tracks.

Note: The songs she performed on Swine Fest were from Volume 2 for the most part but they weren't done at that time because they were not to be included on the first part, originally.

Oh god...well I've talked to a lot of people who are more or less "in the know" about ARTPOP and its outtakes.

Apparently each of the set-ups from the I+V shoot were meant to represent one of the tracks from the album.

The thing with the two volumes that were supposed to be experimental vs. radio-friendly were "confirmed" by Gaga herself before or during the era.
