The most interesting part is when he got exposed by Oliver, Elio suddenly cries. I'm guessing it means the start of the tragic end and how they're in too deep. I wasn't expecting that to happen and it threw me off guard tbh oprah2

For me, I didn't think it was that but rather them realizing that this period would come to an end (since they are living so far away from each other) so he broke down. That scene was so emotional but I could relate to it scene by scene cause it literally happened to me while I was in Germany djsbdbdbdbbnsb fall3

I cried highkey during that scene because it was so sad cry5 I've heard Visions Of Gideon before watching the movie and I cried while listening to it so when I saw that scene, it made me so emotional cry5 One of my favorite part was the "call me by your name and I'll call you by mine". Literally had shivers watching that part woo

So, the book also tells the future of their "relationship".  interesting1

I accidentally read a spoiler on the book on Tumblr ( rip4 ) but it's alright cause I'm halfway through the book right now. Speaking on your status, I thought the integration of them being Jews were placed nicely to be honest and it was just nice, at least for me. What's your favorite scene in the movie?

Luca Guadagnino is a great director.

I recommend his movie called I Am Love. I am not sure, but I think one of the male characters could have gay feelings, although that wasn't mentioned.

I've seen him in some interviews and he seems like a fun director to work with tbh! I'll take a look at the movie later soon enough when I'm done with the book ny1

I didn't mind the characters being Jewish. The writer is Jewish, so are his characters, which is OK. 2 producers are also Jewish and one of them is gay, and it made sense why they decided to made this movie.

What annoyed me was the fact that the main actors have Jewish background. jj3 It is like, if they weren't Jewish, they wouldn't be in the movie. I don't think this was a coincidence or that I am exaggerating. There are other movies with similar situation too.

I can't say I have a favorite scene, but I enjoyed the scenes of Italian architecture and landscapes. The interior and exterior  of the house is so beautiful.

Timothée Chalamet was great and charming. I wasn't wowed by Armie Hammer. jj2
