So Happy I Could Die is one of the few that actually aged quite well. Dance in the Dark is an 80s throwback, so it never sounded particularly fresh but wow those lyrics...the vibe.

Does for you guys chorus of So Happy I Could Die sound reminiscent of Natasha Bedingfield's Pocket Full Of Sunshine? I like both songs, so I always liked that similarity.

Nah not really. Ballads have always been her weak feat. She is much better at songs where she can't oversing. Speechless also sounded much better as acoustic rendition. The production on the album is too much. It's too loud and distracts from the lyrics.

Her best ballad is this:

Almost made it onto The Fame but has been replaced last minute with Again Again.
