Still, $50 is a common price for a vinyl.

Literally Ariana's double (!) LP is €24.. 

Who would pay that much money for one LP that is just standard black? rip2

There's quite the market for music on vinyl. It has had a resurgence as the sound quality is superior, plus the old fashioned way of playing a vinyl for the music seems to have struck a chord with those who prefer to do things the traditional or old school way.

 

I have Back to Basics on the original hardback release and Back in the Day sounds immense!

Yeah it’s cheaper. That’s the AUS $ and not American. AUS dollars tend to have high figures, like Canadian and I think Hong Kong too.
