I personally prefer ITZ. It has more variety and life to it. Other people might choose Blackout cause it's more coherent

when i saw the cover it reminded me of evanescence's fallen and the fashion was very different from the past eras + the 'tattoos' and the photoshoot were very emo to me.

In terms of favorites, it changes all the time between ITZ, Blackout, and Glory 

but terms of peak Britney, i think I have to go with Blackout. ITZ almost won it for me, but Blackout is too loud to ignore. Blackout is so coherent, but not only that, it’s got such confidence with every track. If I had to introduce someone to Britney using one album, it’d definitely be the one with tracks like Gimme More, Piece of Me, Break the Ice, Freakshow, Get Naked, Hot as Ice, Toy Soldier, and Get Back on it
