So, considering a few people have mentioned that First Love and Grow a Pear have similar beat styles, I thought I’d ask...

if you had to pick, which of these songs would make it on cannibal?

Spoiler

And don’t say CUNxTuesday should just go because, while I agree, that’s not what we’re comparing here 💕

Well, I used to listen to metal for babies when I was younger, now the most melodic metal I can stand is something from the old Nightwish or Insomnium jj1

I don't use melodic metal. jj1

It's either alternative metal, nü-metal, metalcore, post-hardcore or industrial metal for me jj1

It was a generic term, all of them have melodic elements like clean vocals and pop-like structures (bridge vs guitar solo, catchy chorus etc.) jj1

I know what it is jj1

That discription isn't it tho jj1

I find it to be more like a heavier metal with some kind of mix of clean opera-like vocals and the standard screaming/growling vocals

Wintersun is a good instrumental melodic metal band. Check their seasons album

Grow A Pear is the pinnacle of Kesha's comedy writing. I think the "mangina" speaks for itself.

It's both the worst on cannibal yet underrated simultaneously

Old Flames feat Dolly Parton is the worst song with that screaming match ari4

So I'll see you next Tuesday
If I ever get desperate
Or I'm so beyond faded
Just, I'll see you next Tuesday
Kinda nice out this morning
I won't sit around waiting
And I'm not just being cold
I'm just watching you pretend
Like your heart is on your sleeve
When I know you have a girlfriend
Oh, I'll see you next Tuesday
