I'm giving this another shot. katy2

I feel like there's been an increase of Madonna fans on here and I really want to get this section hyped up for the upcoming album.

It's easy: You go through the list of songs and rate each song on a scale from 1-10 and send the scores to me via PM.

NO TROLLING!

You are allowed to give low scores but they should not dominate your overall scores. Neither should your scores consist of 10s only.

I will not accept scores in which an album has all 10s whereas the other albums have rather low scores.

Try to make your scores somewhat balanced. If you don't care for a song, give it a 5, not a 1.

USE HALF POINTS to prevent ties!

NEW: You are permitted to give one song per album an 11 and you are also allowed to hand out three 0s in total.

Your average score per album should not be lower than 5,0!

DEADLINE: March 10th 2019

nicki5 as long as your average score per album rounds to 5.0...

I could actually use this to get more into her discography, especially her earlier(est) work. mad1

I hope this turns out to be successful, so we can get Madonna's other album mega-rates from the 90's and onward too.

I put Ain't No Big Deal on True Blue mad5

It doesn't belong there. mad5

It was originally her first single but the label executive preferred Everybody. Stephen Bray handed the song to a band called "Barracuda" without Madonna's permission and that's why she had to remove it from the album's tracklist. To fill the vacancy she recorded a new song (Holiday) with then boyfriend John Jellybean Benitez.

The song was first released in 1985 on some obscure various artists compilation. In Japan, it was the b-side to the Dress You Up single in 1985. In Europe it was used as b-side to Papa Don't Preach. In the US and Japan it was the b-side to True Blue.

Replace Promise to Try with Till Death Do Us Part, then yes. ny13

Although I think even the "bad songs" snap. nicki5 The production is timeless and more organic than True Blue and Like a Virgin for example. Both also have the worse filler tracks too. lol3
