You're actually probably onto something! 

 

I don't think we'll be getting a music video for this one. We've no knowledge of her shooting any vid other than the one for Harley's in Hawaii, and this lyric video is very elaborate, so it's probably substituting for one . She's also not performing at the VMAs, so they're not planning any live performances for it. 

Judging by the spotify promo, sound and length, they're trying to get a cute streaming hit to give the album a cute foundation. & Like you said, they'll probably give Harley's in Hawaii proper single treatment. While she'll be dragged for tanking, she's actually securing herself nice album numbers.

This is even more embarrassing than Bon' Appetite which I thought was a real guilty pleasure in the long run. This is just pure laughable and mockable. Poor Katy.
