It's OK, she went #1 with Express Yourself after all in 2011 moo9

All songs in bold were #1 hits in the UK, one of the top 5 music markets. How many #1s does Moo have here?

That's right moo9

Nineteen Two moo9

And one of those was a feature moo9

Isn't  it interesting that an artist so talented and versatile has only two hits in the UK, and both of those were cheesy covers? moo9

Bonus: only three of her songs got stuck at #2, one of which is her annual paycheck moo9

And another of those got stuck behind a couple of other legacy acts moo9

We LOVE to see it moo9

Oh right I forgot about the 2011 remake! gag1

I also forgot about Into the Groove which would have been another #1 for Madonna had it not been a b-side in the US.

Looking at her singles discography article is such an eye-candy. The way almost all her singles were global top 10 hits.

gag1 Some people truly HATE to see it.

Inb4 a Moo stan says "everybody forgot about Into The Groove, sweaty" gag1

Moo cannot relate, most of her discography flopped in France and Germany, 2 of the top 5 music markets in the world gag1

Oh well, at least she's got Japan

Meanwhile, imagine having 13 #1 singles in a country that isn't even your main market gag1

Moo certainly can't. Only 448 weeks in the top 75, and 100 of those were for a jingle gag1

Moo should have used her jingle paychecks to payola outside of the US too so she's isn't considered a local.

Madonna has also had numerous #2 singles in the US that were usually blocked by one-hit wonders that no one cares about nowadays.

Causing a Commotion
Frozen
I'll Remember
Material Girl
Express Yourself
Cherish

Other Top 5 singles:

Lucky Star
Angel
Dress You Up
True Blue
La Isla Bonita
Erotica
Secret
Ray of Light
Don't Tell Me
4 Minutes

and we could also talk about the amount of #1s she has had in main markets collectively that easily stomp most of other pop girls' stats. moo9

Madonna has the most worldwide number ones than every other artist i think, men or women. Maybe the Beatles are close, idk. jj4

Also if she had a bigger radio support as an artist with success normally has, she would've definitely get more US #1s. 4 Minutes for example. moo9

dead7 Then maybe if she had some more hits she could sell out her tours, too. She couldn't even reach capacity on a 4,000 seat venue in one of Britain's biggest cities moo9
