Madonna fans are most toxic to each other and to certain other fanbases
Little Monsters get the bravest and talk the most shit but for the most part have relaxed since Hoeanne

The Barbz I think are the worst in general. Fossils are horrible to each other pretty much 24/7 but there's only a couple of other fanbases that they'll go off on. Monsters are kind of the same, they're pretty nasty to each other but only specific other fanbases.
