Note:
One of Selena's arteries broke during the surgery period. Her life was in danger, so they took an artery from her legs to build a new one to keep her kidney in place. It’s her biggest scar. The other one is located very low on her abdomen.

Selena has two scars. This one is a scar is from the life-saving emergency surgery she had to get because one of her arteries broke during the transplant. The doctors had to take an artery from her leg to build a new one to keep her kidney in place so she doesn't die. It's her biggest scar.

The other surgery scar is the one you're referring to, it's located low on her abdomen.

Glad she was able to get a new kidney. Many people are often left waiting for decades and are basically stuck on dialysis for life, such an awful disease.

I was wondering for the longest yesterday why she had a scar on her leg - didn't know they actually took an artery from there. Scary stuff. It's just really good she was able to get a new kidney though. Nearly saw a friend die irl because their kidney failed at age 19 :/
