Grammys have had their wtf moments and there have been cases of black artists being ignored in favour of mediocre white artists, but this isn't one of those cases. I don't see what the relevance of talking about "white man Bon Iver" (aren't they a band? ) as if Bon Iver haven't recieved a lot of acclaim over the years.
