Popular Twitter insider @thealec tweeted that it's coming on Feb 12th, before swiftly deactivating.
It's also been reported that the song will have a golden-colored cover as the single cover.

Not confirmed: there will also be something else happening during the week to coincide with Valentine's Day. 
Not sure if it's related to the song itself (like a music video/performance) or something else.
