She doesn't wanna release music or perform until her father steps down from conservatorship or it's terminated. This is a push from her team to release something for a cash grab while she's in a hiatus.

There's nothing specifically linking Britney to these tracks either.

If it is, it could be stuff recorded for B10 when Tranter was announced to be executive producer for the album.

Rumor is this could be a new album to fulfill her RCA contract but nothing is confirmed or reliable at this point.
