I did like her references LCA made to some of her past music videos, especially the MVs from the Let's Get To It era.

 

However, I am excited that she is preparing for her 18th studio album that she says will be a bit like IP. Hopefully, she can release You're The One and Free with her current vocals. 

Yes, I read that NME interview that she did - also about Taboo being the sister to Toxic. As we know, she passed on Toxic and it became one of Britney’s biggest hits. It’s great that she is going back to revisit old sounds, too - perhaps Impossible Princess ♊️?

Is Taboo penned by Cathy Dennis? If it is, maybe it's something she dug up from her treasure trove of demos.

 

IP II seems to be the direction next era as she did say that she also working on her 18th child. So maybe this was the folk pop album she was talking about during the granny season earlier this year.

But I digress, she already did country (much to the gays irritation towards the genre) and it sounds a lot like folk. So doing a folk album seems...reductive.

I would love it if she made an album along the lines of Did it Again or maybe even a rock/electronica album using Stars and Made of Glass as reference. It would be a bold move if she decides to work with Towa Tei once again but I would be excited for it.
