I couldn't disagree more, i was at a point after Born This Way where i thought i'd never be a big fan of Gaga again but she totally regained my faith with ARTPOP. I've loved pretty much everything so far and it seems like she's winning back a lot of old fans as well.

 

She might not have the same shock value anymore, and her performances this era haven't been her best.

But musically she's delivering, in my opinion at least.
